Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Ragdoll Uprising ("the game"), developed by Scerpion Games, collects and how it is used. The short version: the game collects the minimum needed to run your account and online matches. It contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and your data is never sold.
1. Data we collect
- Device identifier: a randomly generated installation identifier is used to create and recognize your guest account. It is not your advertising ID and cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Gameplay data: your progression (characters, levels, unlocks, in-game currency), match results and a matchmaking rating. This is what makes your account work across sessions.
- Connection data: when you play online, your IP address is processed to establish the connection to our game servers. It is used only to operate the match and appears only in short-lived operational server logs.
- Crash and diagnostics data: provided to us in aggregate by Google Play (Android vitals) under Google's own privacy policy, to help us fix crashes.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, or any advertising identifiers.
2. How data is used
- Saving and restoring your game progress.
- Running online multiplayer matches and fair matchmaking.
- Fixing bugs and improving game balance using aggregated match statistics.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
3. Where data is stored
Game servers and account data are hosted in the European Union. Some data (settings, local progress) is also stored on your own device and can be removed by uninstalling the game.
4. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated server-side data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since accounts are anonymous guest accounts and no personal information is requested, no personal data is collected from any player regardless of age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
7. Changes to this policy
If the game gains new features that change what data is collected (for example optional sign-in or in-app purchases), this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change before those features go live.
